Increase voltage at CPU, CPU/NB, NB, CPU VDDA and HT Link a little... These are max voltages I would go with on the 8 core FX chip:
CPU - 1.55v
CPU/NB - 1.50v
NB - 1.30v
CPU VDDA - 2.625v
HT Link - 1.325v
Ex:
FSB - 250Mhz
CPU - 4500Mhz - 1.45v
CPU/NB - 2500Mhz - 1.325v
HT Link - 2750Mhz - 1.275v
If you just want to increase multi:
CPU - 4.6GHz x23 - 1.475v
You shouldnt have to change anything else. Make sure you set CPU LLC a little higher.
Try increasing voltage to 1.5v if this fails
CPU - 1.55v

Crysis and Crysis Warhead were fun, I haven't played Crysis 2 yet though.
I want to say its definitely not from a camera, but to be honest its been about 4 or more years since I took that photo and for the life of me I cannot remember what that circuit board was from.
